Warts are a common skin condition for many individuals, especially children and they are caused by the Papilloma viruses. Many warts will appear and disappear by themselves within 6 months – 3 years without any treatment.

- Genital warts occur on the genitals and around the anus.
- Juvenile warts occur on the face and hands of children.
- Plantar warts occur on the soles of the feet.
- Seborrheic keratosis (senile warts) are yellow or brown oval spots with clearly marked perimeters and raised surfaces that develop in middle aged or older people.
