INGREDIENTS
- 200g dried chick peas (soaked overnight, rinsed, drained) or boil in water for 50 minutes until soft
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup tahini
- juice of 2 lemons
- pinch salt
- smoky paprika, olive oil, parsley, cumin or coriander to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- blend ingredients
- use as a dip for crackers, vegetable sticks, on toast or make pesto pasta!
