Rooibos Tea

INGREDIENTS & METHOD

  • Can use a tea bag or loose leaf and add spices (ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamon
  • Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes
  • Add nut milk or oat milk
  • Add a little honey (optional) to sweeten
  • Enjoy black with a small wedge of lemon
