INGREDIENTS
- 12 cups water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 red onion (skin left on)
- 1 knob fresh turmeric
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli
- 8 leaves fresh kale/ spinach
- 1/2 cup Shitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup wakame seaweed
- 2 pinches Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 bunch each of parsley
- 1 bunch coriander
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer, with the lid on for about an hour
- Once everything has been cooked down, strain the liquid into a large bowl
- Serve with some fresh herbs. It freezes well, so you can use it when needed
